Thursdays 6-7pm @ St Josephs College

Cost £1 per session

CricHIIT is a fun and social exercise programme for all ages and abilities.

Led by the enthusiastic Rosy Ryan the programme will run indoor at St Josephs College, Dumfries.

Parents are welcome and kids can be entertained whilst you train.
