James, a fully qualified coach, originally from Carlilse is currently coaching cricket for the New Zealand cricket programme in Southland, but will return home in April to take up the post with the club. He has a wealth of experience in cricket coaching previously working with a Cumbria Cricket and Carlisle Cricket Club and has also spent time working with the ACE cricket academy in Perth, Australia.

James will lead the club sessions for Juniors, Women's and Senior squads throughout the week, he will also be involved in our school programmes which will launch at the start of Term 3.
