Recent news from the squash section - "great news for Dumfries SRC Juniors now that under 18’s are allowed back on court for unrestricted squash (and racketball)!"

This updated guidance from Scottish Squash is also great news too for our cricket juniors (all the way up to u18s) who as Sports Club members can play squash or racketball as well.

You could try and emulate the 1s skipper, Chris McCutcheon, who is also the current Club Squash and Racketball Champion, and the Scottish National Racketball Champion, and take this winter opportunity to keep active and get on court and have some fun out of any rain.

Playing multiple sports can help to develop across other sports. So consider trying some racketball or squash. Not sure how? Then please ask.

And follow the necessary current COVID guidelines from Scottish Squash.

For adults the permitted situation remains as games within a household only or solo training practice.

The current Levels framework for squash can be seen in the associated image.
