Our Winter Indoor Programme started this week but with the Friday session cancelled.

Video: Dumfries Stars were back in diving action at our indoor sessions at St Jo's .

The Friday indoor session (4:30-6pm) which was scheduled at the Academy (on the 11th) has had to be CANCELLED due to circumstances out of our control. Sorry!

This applies to the juniors (14-18 years), seniors and W&G participants. We will update you with news about the coming Fridays ASAP.

Junior Cricket Indoor Programme - started this week
Our Junior Cricket Indoor Programme started this week at St Jo's with the youngest Stars (5-8) on Monday and the next age group, Blasters (9-13), on Wednesday. It was heartening for our coaches and helpers to have over 30 kids across the two sessions and with some new faces. Thanks for coming along and having some fun indoors and of course the Star diving catchers were back. (See the attached video).

Newcomers and starters are very welcome to come and try. Contact us on .

Monday 5-6pm (5-8years) St Josephs College Sports Hall (7 Nov - 5 Dec) & (16 Jan – 13 Feb)
Wednesday 5-6pm (9-13 years) St Josephs College Sports Hall (9 Nov – 7 Dec) & (18 Jan – 15 Feb)

World Cup Sweepstake
If you want to take part in a football 2022 World Cup sweepstake (dependant on numbers) you can still contact Chris (Tigger) for a £10 entry with a £100 winner, etc.

Awards Night rescheduled

We intended our season Awards Presentation to bookend the season at the end of the summer. However unfortunately circumstances prevented that from happening. So rather than have them in the middle of the off-season in November the committee have opted to hold them as a precursor and opener for next season instead.

Open Club Day and Awards - (provisionally on Sat 15th or Sun 16th April)

The 2022 AGM is now to take place in January.

Dumfries Cricket Club AGM - Friday 13th January

Please consider if you could help the club on the committee or in an other role or by volunteering. We are always grateful for any assistance. Contact us on if so.

Women's Cricket Sunday
With the Friday indoor W&G session cancelled, there is a Sunday outdoor session scheduled for 11-12pm, and for a change the forecast looks alright.
