Update your Club Website details please
You may have received an automated message asking you to log in and update your details on our club website and in particular enter a date of birth. Only you are permitted by the system to update this.

The reason is that the Pitchero platform is updating its approach to child safeguarding and in particular to further control messaging though the site and App. We also happen to need a junior's date of birth to group players to the correct age group team. After 23rd January members without a date of birth set on their Pitchero account will NOT receive club communications until they log in to Pitchero and update their details.

NOTE that parents, guardians, and their children each require their OWN membership record. So register as a parent first, child after that.

We do need all our participants to be registered on our Pitchero site. It is how we communicate with players and parents.

See HERE for further details blog.pitchero.com/safeguarding.

Cricket Scotland Player Pathway
The Cricket Scotland Player Pathway at the junior level is being refined, As regards the West, and other centres, the pathway age groups are u15s, u17s, u19s in the boy's programme and 2 playing levels, u18s and Emerging player, in the girl's programme.

The regional training centres are also being increased to 4 to now include Central to cover West, East, Central and North. Also expect the selection criteria to be raised with each selected at regional level to be involved more at national level training. From these 4 regional training centres in each age group TWO teams will be selected to play in a summer Super-Series.

Trials are to take place in January having taken place in the Autumn in previous years with details of these to be announced.
