Pre-season Training
Pre-season senior training starts outdoors at the Club on Saturday, and on Saturdays during March, from 12:00-14:00. (Club bar is open from 13:30). Newcomers are very welcome to come along or contact us for details via dumfriescricketclub@gmail.com.

Indoor Junior Sessions
Our junior indoor sessions for ages 5 to 15, Stars, Blasters, Girls Dynamos, are indoors on Mondays and Wednesdays. Newcomers are welcome to come along or contact us for details via dumfriescricketclub@gmail.com.

Girls Cricket Hub - Free to attend
The Dumfries MCCF Girls Cricket Hub is on Friday evenings, 6-7:30pm. "Looking to try girls cricket for the first time. Then sign-up for free today". You can sign-up, with the details here. It is a local indoor opportunity for free-to-access girls cricket (for ages 11-17) until the end of March at St Jo's and is delivered by Cricket Scotland.

Scotland Men - Congratulations to Chris
Congratulations to Chris (McBride #3) on his Scotland recall. (He is the sole male player from the club to be selected for the Scotland Men's senior side.) "The Scotland Men’s squad has been confirmed for the forthcoming ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 fixtures and T20 internationals in Namibia." The fixtures against Namibia and Oman are from 2nd April to the 18th.

Scotland Women - 100 days to the ICC Women's T20 World Cup
It is under a 100 days now to the next T20 World Cup (in England) and the next Scotland Women v England match (on 20th June at Headingly, Leeds)

Cricket Scotland - Scoring on PlayHQ
Our matches in Scotland will be switching to use the PlayHQ system this season. Do you want to learn how to score our games and manage the system? Online course are coming up. Let us know! We need trained scorers.

Running the Club
Are you willing to provide volunteer help at the club in some capacity? For example by scoring a junior or a senior game. Then email dumfriescricketclub@gmail.com or speak to a committee member.
