In particular, you need to be registered with them to play Saturday WDCU league cricket and in Cricket Scotland senior and junior cup competitions.

Get registered, or update your existing registration for Dumfries CC (to be not expired!), by Friday 4th May for a chance to win a Gray-Nichols voucher for £20 from the Club.*

Registration applies to Players, Juniors (done by parents), Club Officials and Administrators, Umpires and Scorers, e.g. everyone, and registration is free.

To complete the process you will need to add a membership, for example select a "Player Membership".

Take 2 minutes this weekend to sort it. Start here to log on to SCRS.

Further details and help videos are provided below.

Your registration has relevance as to how the club is categorised and supported by Cricket Scotland. So it also helps the club and please help out our club administrators by completing this process.

Plus you can also register as a Scotland Cricket supporter and receive news of match tickets and events.

* The registration on the Cricket Scotland SCRS system with Dumfries Cricket Club needs to be up to date with a selected membership and not "Expired" on this date to be entered into the Club's Prize Draw.

Who should register with SCRS? "Anyone involved in Scottish cricket! If you're a player, coach, umpire, supporter, or a parent or guardian of a junior player, SCRS is the central registration platform for everyone involved in the game."

The aim of Cricket Scotland is to have everyone involved in Scottish Cricket registered on SCRS. This is the governing body approach and process for nearly all other sports in Scotland.

Why SCRS Matters to Scottish Cricket - Adoption and use of SCRS is essential to allow Cricket Scotland to report accurate data to the ICC and sportscotland. This data reporting is mandatory as part of the funding agreement to Cricket Scotland from both parties.
