Participation - "Cricket is a great way to de-stress - being outdoors, learning a new skill and meeting new people. It is the perfect way to end my week" - from Alison who has been trying out our women's soft ball cricket for the first time.

Visibility and Volunteering - "Orla coaches our young stars in the 5 to 8 age group. She travels to help and fits it in amongst her many cricket training and playing commitments for Scotland U19s and has done this indoors over the winter and outdoors across the summer."
