Cricketers have been smashing it on our tennis courts in the 2020 Tennis Club Championships.

Cricketers (and occasional cricketers) have been smashing it on our tennis courts in the 2020 Tennis Club Championships.

A Sports Club reminder
As a member of the cricket club, you are also a member of Dumfries Sports Club and hence of Dumfries Tennis Club (and the Squash Club) so do consider trying some tennis too. This applies to both seniors and juniors. Try some multi-sport.

Relaying of the Tennis Courts
However that will be it for tennis for a week or three with the tennis courts being re-surfaced and due to start now on Monday 30th November (updated).

That is after the recent news about the required £80,000 finally being raised to carry out the re-surfacing of the courts. Thank you's to all funders, Holywood Trust, ANCBC, SWEAT, Dumfries Sports Club and all who donated via the Tennis GoFundMe page.
