Dumfries u13s travelled to Carlisle on Friday evening. Batting first, Dumfries made a very competitive total of 86 against very accurate Carlisle bowling. Isaac was the pick of the batsmen retiring on 31, playing some attractive cricket strokes. Other contributions came from Bill 20, Lachlan 10 and Cammy 6.

Carlisle batted well and managed to get the total with a couple of overs to spare. A great rebound catch from Bill off Yasdan's hands from Isaac's bowling was the highlight in the fielding effort. Good to have everyone involved and getting a bowl and the team showing great continued improvements since the start of the summer.

Dumfries look forward to hosting Penrith this Friday at Nunholm for some more #DawsBall. :)
