Batting first it did not look good for the visitors when Cory, Revatha and Macey reduced them to 13 for 6. However some excellent batting got them to 103 for 9.

In reply, it was again Cory and Macey, this time with the help of Jack, who put the Nunholm youngsters on easy street only for the pendulum to swing again. With only Lennox the Endredy and Daniel the Unready to come in they still needed eleven to win.

Not only was it nine-year-old Lennox, on debut, who came to the crease, it was on a hat-trick ball! But with big brother Lleyton at the other end he was up to the task. Lleyton was calm and assured and completed what was for him a fine all-round display.
