Wests Women lose Cup game

Wests Women lost their Beyond Boundaries T20 Scottish Cup Group A semi-final game against the combined Edin South/StewMel CC side by 18 runs on DLS at Stirling after a rain affected finish.

However they continue on in the competition and play the winners of Group B at the Finals Day at Stirling on Sat the 8th September. That will be one of Carton, George Watsons, or RHC.

Katy, Naimh and Orla featured in the West Combined side.

Orla was one of the top scorers for Wests after opening and hitting a score of 22 before being run out.
