A young Dumfries Sunday XI enjoyed a close finish at Galloway.

Billy Morgan, Bill Middlemiss, Sultan Kamran and James Cox all retired at the threshold of 25 runs as Dumfries reached 141 for 6. Then despite four wickets, plus a run-out, to junior player Isaac Ishmael, plus a further three from Kamran, Galloway won by 2 wickets.
