Sunday XI won by 7 wickets at Lanercost

At the same time as the u11s were winning their second game, the Sunday Development side were in the process of beating Lanercost in the Eden Valley Sunday League.

The youngest members of the team did the damage with the ball. Harith Hassan claimed his first senior 5 wicket haul, Nairn Cubbon took 3 wickets for 7 and his brother Munro took the other bowler's wicket early in Lanercost's 141 all out.

Then a fourth wicket partnership eased the side home with 41 not out by Mat Williams and a run a ball 39 not out by Max Corbett-Byers, after a score of 29 from James Hobman opening, completed a winning weekend for the Dumfries sides.
