Weekend Cricket
The 1s and 2 both suffered defeats on Saturday to Stenhousemuir. Wahid top scored for the 1s, with 43, but in a 9 wicket loss. Bio top scored for the 2s with a score of 86, with 11 fours and 5 sixes. The side then lost by 1 wicket after an innnings of 126 not for Stennie 2s when no one else scored more than 10! For the Sunday XI, Adam took four wickets as Lanercost were dismissed for 146. Then a near century opening stand by the Kamran brothers (obviously not picking up a bat for 26 years works) set up a seven-wicket win. Good to see Finley and Isaac batting well for the 2s and the Sundaes.Read our weekend report here. And the Colts won their midweek match on Wednesday.
