NEW Free Girls Dynamos Sessions - from 3rd July
Sign up online for free Girls Only Dynamos sessions (ages 8-12) on Thursday evenings around the summer holidays (3rd July to 21st August). The details are here.
These are open to all and free for participants, through the use of a Voucher Code, and online registration is required. So come along or do pass on the invitation to a friend or someone else who might be interested. And you can view our Girls Dynamos video on facebook HERE.
Cricket Summer Camps - from 15th July
News of our Cricket Summer Camps for ages 5-8, and ages 9-13 can be found here. These are free for 2025 Cricket Club junior members and also open to all interested. However, places are limited so registration is required and can be done using our online form.
Weekend Cricket
The 1s lost at Ayr by 6 wickets with Ben's 41no instrumental for reaching 134 and Al managed 3 wickets in the Ayr reply. The 2s had another good result with a win against East Kilbride 2s at Nunholm after they passed their 181 for 9 with 2 wickets left, and Liam hit another 50 as the Sunday XI won by 22 runs at Wigton. The U16s were successful in the first round of the U16 Scottish Cup here on Sunday winning against East Renfrewshire by 8 wickets. And well done to Sultan who is currently the top wicket taker in Championship 2 and also at the club. See our report on the weekend here.

Women's Cricket
In the Women's Premier League on Sunday the Watsonians/Dumfries side won against West of Scotland by 8 wickets to sit top with one league game remaining. Macey played and also Niamh hit 37 opening.

Representative Cricket
Munro and Nairn played in Scotland U19 trial matches on Monday and Tuesday in Dundee as the side prepares for the ICC U19 Men's World Cup Europe Qualifier which takes place in and around Dundee at the start of August.
Chris McBride has been named in the Scotland Men's squad for next month's ICC Men's T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier, with the first game on 6th July at Voorburg in the Netherlands. Scotland will face hosts Netherlands, Guernsey, Jersey and Italy as they bid to secure one of two available spots at next year's ICC Men's T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka.
